Customs scores will help you rank from 0 to 100 how your customers are performing on some specific topics.
Most common ones:
• Overall usage score
• Onboarding score
• Setup score
• Milestones
Each signal can be weighted depending on its importance in the score itself.
Once all your signals and weights are set, Successeve will calculated the number of signals matched and provide you a ranking from 0 to 100.
